1. Services Provided
Girum Systems provides AI-powered call answering and operational notification services for subscribed businesses.
Our system answers inbound calls made to the Client’s business phone number and may:
- Collect caller-provided information
- Generate call summaries
- Send missed call alerts
- Deliver operational SMS notifications to the Client
Girum Systems does not provide outbound telemarketing or promotional messaging to consumers.2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees that:
They are authorized to use the business phone number connected to our system.
- They will use our services only for lawful business purposes.
- They are responsible for following up with callers appropriately.
- They will not use the service to engage in illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
3. SMS Notifications
Operational SMS messages are sent only to the Client’s designated business contact number.
Message frequency depends on inbound call activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Clients may opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP. Opting out may impact service functionality.
4. Fees and Payments
Clients agree to pay all agreed subscription or usage fees.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Data Handling
Caller information collected by the AI system is processed on behalf of the Client and delivered to the Client.
Girum Systems does not sell or rent caller information.

6. Service Availability
While we strive for reliable operation, Girum Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for missed calls, message delivery delays, carrier filtering, or service interruptions beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girum Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the preceding 30 days.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- The Client violates these Terms
- The service is used unlawfully
- Payment obligations are not met
- Clients may cancel their subscription according to their service agreement.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
